An issue of not being able to claim settlements in the market after the update maintenance on December 21st (Tues) has been fixed.
All the unclaimed gold from the market have been sent in a lump and if you currently don't have the character that you registered with, check the another character in the same account since it has been sent to that character.
Moreover, if you still did not receive the unclaimed gold from the market, please submit an inquiry via our customer center.
