Continuing to play brings map experience which will help. It may take time with this game.

I highly recommend to always use your binoculars (default key on PC: "B"), these give you a zoomed in view while in your tank, using it often will make it become second nature and will greatly help spotting enemies.

We've worked on new c*ckpits for several aircraft, for example last year we did brand-new Spitfire c*ckpits: https://warthunder.com/en/news/8486-development-spitfire-c*ckpits-get-a-makeover-en In the current major update we also added fully-detailed AH-64 c*ckpits.

Fully-detailed c*ckpits take time a lot of time to do. We've said that bomber c*ckpits require 2-5 times more work than creating a new plane with just a single-seated c*ckpit. As of now I don't believe there's plans to implement updated bomber c*ckpits, at least for the majority of them.

The game has different HD textures that can be downloaded. It's likely on your PC you have the best ones selected.

You can turn it off by doing what Corinarh said, or launch the game launcher through Steam and selecting from the client dropdown Minimal or Full Client.

Hi. The HE-VT ammunition was unhistorical and incorrect for the VEAK. We are working to correct its ammunition based on reports such as this one: https://community.gaijin.net/issues/p/warthunder/i/o0C4MWEJdVPF

Other reports show its shell (slsgr m/484) perhaps should not have had a VT fuse in the first place.

As well as the historical aspect, Sweden also did not have a suitable SPAA for 7.7/8.0 lineups and with the removal of its incorrect shell and a change of BR, it suits the new position ideally.

We do update the graphics and effects in most major updates, for example we've recently improved explosion ad fire effects. Graphics updates do come over time, however keep in mind is that War Thunder is free to play and want to keep it as accessible to as many people as possible regardless of what their PC specifications are.

We do care about the integrity of battles and players causing disruption. We have auto-kicks and auto-bans in place as well. You can see our article on it here

Hey there! Welcome to the game. That's War Thunder: realistic damage model for all vehicles. If your armor was penetrated and ammo hit, it's going to cause a big explosion and destroy you.

It can be frustrating at the beginning but it does take some getting used to. After experience, you'll also know exactly where to shoot and will know how to avoid being hit in these areas too.
