This is intentional and expected behavior.
Please refer to your schedule and see which list is active for the day. Anything not listed will return that error. :)
The schedule you were provided lists out the playlists for the day. While there are scheduled times, you can hop into that hopper anytime during the day and try to match.
They are manually granted.
If you completed your 10 matches, you'll get it eventually.
Is there a timeframe for that by any chance?
Not one I'm willing to give out.
Things are super busy and I'm not going to commit people to a timeframe.

Users under the age of 18 cannot use the Insider Hub.
You'll get them when we get a chance to manually run the grant.
Community Spotlight is always great. But this one I felt was a step above. So much fantastic talent this week.

Game clips are great!
Game clips uploaded to reddit are less great. It creates a LOT more work for me to get a reddit video in a state that I can actually use on our blog software.
I wish it were easier and I know it's something we've requested but I have no idea if/when any changes will be made so in the meantime, I recommend clipping your games via DVR (or capture card I guess) and then tweeting them using #HaloSpotlight.
It's much easier for me to work with tweets (and of course YouTube links!) than it is a reddit clip. I might make exceptions for longer reddit videos but even then, it's a bit of a pain in the rear.

I believe they are the settings that Tashi provided so the same ones that have been used at recent events and the like.
Don't hold me to that though...Tashi's not at his desk for me to ask for clarification but that's my understanding of the settings. :)
