@JustinHouchin @JoseSanchezLIVE @ComplexMinded the other tribe wasn't "exploiting", prisoners inside a tek shield is fine. i think you're confused in regards to the definition of an exploit: use of a bug or glitches, game system, rates, hit boxes, or lvl design etc. for advantage in a manner not intended by designers

@JoseSanchezLIVE @ComplexMinded a bit of selective editing here to avoid showing that the second group had someone glitched out and floating. That was the factor that led to our enforcement team dealing with each case differently -- one involved an exploit ;)

We're aware of an issue affecting some Xbox users that involves being unable to update, install or reinstall ARK along with dashboarding quickly after loading.

We're now working with Microsoft to get to the bottom of it.

Hopefully we will have this issue resolved soon.

💁‍♀️If your Xbox server is down: we're currently deploying server-side. RIGHT NOW. If your PC/PS server is not up after the last update, it didn't restart automatically because it's a jerk and we have an engineer manually booting them. It's a one-by-one process so it can take time.
