@subtractem It's a "less effect" penalty.
@subtractem The penalty is quite a bit smaller than 50%.
@subtractem To clarify, the damage that Bane doesn't hasn't changed, the penalty only applies to the Curses it applies. With the removal of boss' penalties it's stronger than it was in 3.19.
@subtractem Bane has a lot of upside with allowing you to cast multiple Curses simultaneously, in a way that will almost always outclass self-casting without a penalty.

In today's final 3.20 manifesto, we're discussing changes to Curses (specifically, Hexes) and our goal of making their effectiveness against different rarities of monsters more balanced.

Earlier we stated that if you were to get a second Mystery Box during the Delve event, it would be granted when the event ends. You'll still get your second Mystery Box, just at the end of all events. This was a miscommunication on our part and we apologise for the inconvenience.
