The game servers are back up. Sorry for the delay! There is a visual bug with the display of challenges in-game and we will be deploying a client hotfix within the next hour that will resolve this.

Lake of Kalandra saw a number of balance changes that were not properly communicated before release. After a week of addressing feedback with hotfixes, we have written this post to explain our intentions, what went wrong, the fixes, and the future.
We have released a new version of Kirac's Vault Pass that contains exclusive unique item skin rewards ! Each of these rewards visually interacts with gameplay in some way and will leave the store forever when the Kalandra League ends.

If you received an error that said the ticket you purchased was out of stock, then unfortunately the ticket was not granted and you will be refunded. If you saw an error regarding database issues, please check your Path of Exile account transactions to see if it went through.
VIP and Ultra VIP tickets have now sold out. Regular tickets are still available. There will be another wave of VIP tickets at a later date which we will announce in advance. In this second wave, regular tickets can be upgraded to higher tiers.

In a patch in the next day or so, we will be reducing the impact of a lot of defensive Archnemesis Modifiers. Today's post explains why and lists a preliminary version of the changes.
