@yimmchu Hi there! The game is launched and we're in "Pre-Season" right now, where we're still adding features and systems to get ready for the launch of our first competitive season.

We encountered an issue related to new matchmaking rules for better region-matching. We've reverted to the previous rules for now and will update you when we are re-implementing the new rules. Everyone should be able to get into matches now. Thank you for your patience!

We're aware of matchmaking issues impacting players' queue times and are investigating. We'll update you when we have more information.
