For specific times: if you played a ranked game between 8/4/2020 at 12:00AM to 9:00AM PT, those were considered your placement matches but your MMR will be conservatively recalibrated for the start of season. You will skip your placement matches for Act II.

11 hours ago we accidentally started Ranked Act II earlier than planned—and before we recalibrated MMR for the start of the season. Issue's now fixed but if you played 3+ ranked games in that time, you’ll likely see a demotion on your next loss due to conservative placements.
