There is no issue with it. The thing they are referring to is being able to nudge players from other clans.
The nudge system works as intended and this is just visual that players seem to think they can nudge others.
So feel free to nudge away 💪
The most important part of this update in regards to Clan Wars is not even working? This was a long awaited and very much needed small fix for clan leaders and Clan Wars. :(

Hey, Rick. Why did you decide to release update when the Coloseum wars are going on. Some clans can get advantage from the update as it changes the fame points in wars. So bad decision of yours...
