Greetings wolfhammer, The Wave Bundles will only show in the Ashes of Creation shop if you do not already have a Pre-Order or Kickstarter package. If you do have a previous package, you will want to check your Account inventory to see if you have the Alpha Two item, as that is what will give you access to Alpha Two. If you have a lower-tier package that does not grant Alpha Two, you can upgrade in the shop to a pack that does. Greetings Fantra, Those with Alpha Two access from a pre-order or Kickstarter pack have access for the entirety of Alpha Two. The phases do not have any impact on their access. Only the Wave bundles are gated by their designated start date, which then also runs to the end of Alpha Two.
