[2021] An item (cosmetic I think) that lets me start game with full fireman suit

Hello, I came here to know what item let's me start the game with a fire man suit.

So everytime I create/join a server I get a full fireman suit with every item having a random, but close to other items durability (if pants have 25% durability, then the helmet will have around 13-36) I get another copy of these items, so basically I'm like a metal scrap farm.

Does anyone know what kind of item is that? I wonder what is it.
