Emails have recently gone out to those who purchased the SDGNelson Plush by Makeship!
These plushies are expected to ship by 2024 October 22. Some have already received shipping notifications for their plushie. Keep an eye on your inbox for notifications from Makeship, and make sure your shipping address is correct!
If you purchased the SDGNelson Plush, you should also receive an email containing a Steam key. This key can be redeemed for three (3) in-game cosmetic items: an SDGNelson Plush cosmetic vest, along with a cosmetic shirt and cosmetic pants based on the plushie’s design.
These emails could have appeared in your Spam inbox folder – so be sure to check!
Redeeming your Steam key
To redeem your Steam key through the Steam app, perform the following steps:
- Log into your Steam account
- Click “Add a game” from your Steam Library
- Click “Activate a product on Steam”
- Enter the Steam key into the Product Code field
We recommend launching the game at least once after activating your key. If you’ve activated your key and still haven’t received your cosmetic items within a few days of launching the game – please file a Support ticket.
