Playing on France and I so desperately want a Maelstrom. I've seen helicopters and boats spawn on top of each other a few times but I don't know if that's supposed to happen. Should I destroy the boats that're already in that harbor where it spawns? I've been avoiding doing that for a minute cause I don't wanna grind for filters.
