[2022] Why make specific vehicles workshop exclusive?

I have noticed that I can't spawn any of the workshop vehicles in Vanilla Servers like the Maelstrom which was available on Vanilla back then, but is now unavailable on the Vanilla Servers which is sad because it was a pretty epic boat for naval PVP. Is there any plans on bringing every vehicles back to Vanilla? Tym for answers

The Maelstrom is not a vanilla vehicle. If you're trying to spawn custom, community-made modded content, then you need that modded content downloaded both client-side and on the server in order to use it.
