I'm fairly new to running an unturned server. I have gone through the config.json file and changed the settings to what is shown in the provided screenshot (these are normal mode settings and my server is set to normal mode in my commands.dat) but when I join my own server I don't start with max skills and still have to level them up manually. Am I doing something wrong? Is there a mod I need to do this, or is my server just not doing what it's supposed to. Help is much appreciated.
