[2021] Not getting any playtime skins

So after leaving a server after playing for a bit I would get a skin. The internet says you can get 1 playtime skin every 24 hours, but suddenly I stopped getting skins. I've played on the server at least a couple hours per day.

It's not a huge deal to me but I'm curious. Or maybe it's a maximum of 1 skin per 24 hours and not a guarantee and I just got lucky.

How often do you guys get drops? Sorry if this is a nooby question, I'm just getting started with Unturned so I don't know every little thing yet.
