@zman1064 @P9ndaxd When the monetization rules came into effect many hosts created dozens of currency "subscriptions". On the one hand clearly a loophole, but on the other hand without this context a subscription that gradually pays currency is allowed under the rules. (1/2)
@zman1064 @P9ndaxd To compromise and prevent this from getting out of control a maximum of three monthly currency "subscriptions" tiers are allowed per server network. (2/2) This is why there are still servers selling currency but only 3 once-per-month packs.
@zman1064 @P9ndaxd Looking back to try and find the original context of my conversation with P9nda because I might have been wrong in my casual comment about the history of the monetization rules in relation to his servers.
@zman1064 @P9ndaxd Following up: I was incorrect to say that it happened before the monetization rules. My apologies to @P9ndaxd for any negative connotations of this mistake. The DM zman posted was 2022-03-13 which was the first time we talked about the monetization as far as I can tell.
