[2021] Does this game still receive updates? if so how often? Also are any of the servers populated enough for pvp? (Console)

The console ports developed and published by Cradle Games and 505 Games are still being updated. The most recent update for Xbox One was on August 8, and the most recent for PS4 was a few days before that.
