As I'm sure many of you are aware, Nelson recently updated the map editor so that DevKit terrain is now the only option for terrain.

Now I'm still getting my bearings on this new system, as I myself was never a DevKit guy. But I have a question for those of you who are more familiar with devkit materials/terrain or the new map editor system.

Is it still possible to bake materials, or do I just have to get used to painting entire maps manually? If there is a way, how do I do it? If there truly is no way, any tips for making manually painting large maps easier?

In short, the new equivalent is the "Auto" brush tool. Baking materials across the entire map in one action swoop is no longer available. Foliage can still be baked in a similar-ish manner.
