How to change Steam Dedicated server from PEI to Washington

Hey pretty much as the title follows, I've ran, and connected from another computer to my dedicated server, but I cannot locate the map on the "Config.json" file and so I'm unsure how or where to write in the code to change it to Washington? Would DEEPLY appreciate support
