Difficulty filter

There used to be a filter for the easy/normal/hard difficulty presets, but it became less useful over time as per-server config adjustments became more common. No ETA for this yet but the eventual goal is to revamp/improve the server config file, document it properly, and offer some way to filter the server by how difficult it describes itself as.
