Server List Concept. Updated Version

Thanks for sharing these concepts! Aiming to make a few server list improvements in the next update after several recent feedback posts about it. (On our forum as well!)

One thing I should note is that I believe it's important to save as much horizontal space for the server list itself as possible because some players still run the game at very low resolutions.
