[2022] how do I get plastic on russia? sorry for the quality its 5 am and im tired as hell

As stated by PanicEquivalent, plastic is not a vanilla item. Plastic is from a mod that you have installed. Same goes for the top and bottom grenades you're able to craft.

I suggest looking at the Steam Workshop page for the mod, to see if plastic spawns naturally on official maps.
