[2022] How do I edit maps from the workshop?

I tried making a map with my old computer for some time and got bored, so I published it in an unfinished state on the workshop.

A year later and I have a new computer, and I want to try to finish this in the summer. I downloaded the map from the workshop and I was wondering was there any way to edit the map from the workshop files ? like by transfering the map files from the workshop to somewhere in my game folder ?

If thats not possible, Where can I find the map files on my old PC and where should I put it in my new one?
