I was messing around with the vehicles and the APC started to sound a siren and i assumed it was my xbox so I got off but when I got on this morning and spawned it, it still does it

You can report bugs, especially any other ones you find, directly to 505 Games Support. While I'll likely see some of the console discussions posted here, filling out a support ticket will definitely get it seen more directly.
