[2021] Missing Workshop Folder

I've been trying to recreate my Modded Unturned server, (Through Hamachi, and the Dedicated Server) and for some reason, my 304930 folder, (steamapps > workshop > common) isn't there? Is there anyone who knows how to fix the issue? I've redownloaded Unturned far too many times now.

304930 is for the game, not the server... You shouldn't be doing anything related to it.

Just to piggyback off this slightly, the Unturned Dedicated Server app's AppID is 1110390.
