[2021] Hey are portals still arbitrarily restrictive of Ingots?

Yes, you can't take ore and ingots through portals and there are no plans to change it.

The devs already gave a final answer because this topic has been discussed an enormous amount of times. Please refrain from creating new threads on the topic matter.
