So, Omens Oneways got nerfed to a degree that you are only allowed to smoke on surfaces where agents can actually stand on. We all know that now.

But so far I found issues with this rule because it is inconsistent. There are certain spots where agents with vertical movement abilities can stand on, but Omen can‘t put a smoke on these surfaces. For example on Ascent B-Site CT-exit: There are two walls on the left and on the right which narrow the entrance when you try coming out from CT. Before the patch it was possible to throw Oneways on both walls in any kind of way. Now, after the patch it is only possible to throw a Oneway on top of the left wall (perspective from B-Main), but it‘s only a small window. Onewaying the right wall or some spots of the left wall isn‘t possible anymore. But still, it is possible to stand on top of both walls as an agent with vertical movement abilities.

Has anyone else found spots that have the same issue? Or do I have a fundamental misunderstanding of how Riot wanted to nerf the oneways?

This was poor patch note writing from us and we're planning on updating the patch notes for better clarity here soonTM

The red triangle should accurately represent when a smoke will fall versus stay up.

Have you guys thought about making any changes to Omen's ult?

Maybe it's just me but I feel it's more situational and less powerfull then most other 7 point ults.

Yes. Too early to promise anything but it's on the radar!
