Hi Reddit! As you know, on the 7th, a closed beta will be available, well, to play it I need to download the game itself, but an error occurs when installing the game. Unable to install. Just move the installer file to Drive C -> Program Files
I believe that is one of the screens that is displayed when you fail to install the login screen.
I would recommend reaching out to Riot Games player support, they may know the answer. If they do not know the answer they will collect information that will help engineers troubleshoot such as the logs for the login screen and where you are playing from.
Have you ever tried installing League of Legends or Legends of Runeterra? Do you run into the same error (I would assume yes)?
