So I have 2 accounts that I play on, when I go into the shooting range and stand in the exact same spot with all the exact same settings my first account max FPS reach is only around 380fps to 400fps, however on my newer account I do the exact same and the FPS max is around 580-600fps a 200fps difference, I also notice the newer account feeling overall cleaner/smoother with more consistency with hit reg etc in game, both accounts have skins on as well, I wonder why this is?
