[2020] Can you get the beta Key if you are not from EU, NA etc but you play on that server (like Middle East People)

I am from India, but I play LoL on EUNE because that's the closest server to me (which is not handled by sh*tty Garena). My Riot account is an EU one but my Twitch is an Indian account, Am I eligible to get the beta key.

I just want to know it so that I don't stay awake all night again to get the key on 7th, If I am not eligible.
