Kinda. Our priorities when designing & applying the fix were:
Basically we optimised for priority 1 at the expense of priority 2. We also figured if we were gonna sacrifice accuracy it was better to err on the side of "some people might get more than they earned" rather than the alternative.
TLDR bank error in your favour and we're ok with it
I already submitted a ticket but since you're here I might as well reply, I got my pass rewards and my missed intro contract rewards apart from the first free agent unlock. I played a game to see if I would get it after but still missing that first one sadly :(
A ticket is the best way for us to figure out your issue friend. Thanks for submitting it - we're looking into how to solve those the patch missed at the minute

I have not - picked this name since I was a Zyra one trick for years on League & kept it since it also kinda works on this game :)

People that I know for a fact haven’t even spent a dime on this game are receiving 4 free agent unlocks brining then to having one left to complete while anyone who actually spent money out of their own pockets to buy the battle pass are not only not receiving their make up free agent unlock, they will not be receiving the extra 2 agents most players now have. Laughable. Joke of a company.
This seems unlikely since the issue only affected people who bought the premium Battlepass, but I understand your frustration.
We’re working on the few folks that the patch didn’t help with getting their missing agent unlock. If you’re in this group please log a ticket with support to make sure we help you too.

Have you logged a ticket for your missing unlocks? You may be in the small group (few hundred) missed by the patch (many thousands). If we have your details we’re working through those manually
Heya, sorry I appear to started a thread people took the wrong way and somehow turnt my argument against you? Thank you for working through them manually, that sounds like a tedious process that I can appreciate support doing, as always, riot support excel beyond others

Thanks again for looking into it. Jw as a software engineer myself if you could give a high level overview of what the bug was? Seems like if you have the current contract level for each user and the content they have on the account this is something that could be backfilled pretty easily, obviously it's proving not to be the case but I'm curious what made this such a challenge to fix.
Please take my non technical producer version with a pinch of salt, but the game had a small enough issue that combined with a small issue in a central system to turn into a much larger issue.
For affected accounts, the game side got into a weird state and sent a bad request to a central service. That service rightly rejected it, but didn't send a failure message back, leading to the game and inventory services disagreeing about what you should have/get. This was a sticky problem to unwind!
Any update on those still without their agent? Support gave this response " . I have added your case to the list and they will look into it and once they have something they will deploy whatever fix is needed. "
Is it not possible to just give the people making tickets their free agents?
That’s exactly what we’re doing. Right now the dev team needs to do it manually, so we’re working through the list
Still any update on this? its been almost a month since the error occurred? not sure how long a fix takes but my ticket has been in system since June 2
So we’ve already granted the agents to those who logged tickets who we could see were affected by the issue. Did you still not get your original 2 unlocks or what exactly was the issue you had?
I logged a ticket on the 2 july, I am missing 1 free agent unlock, i did not get the one at level 5 but i got the one at level 10.
Ticket is closed last updated yesterday, cant appear to reply.
