[2020] Still have not gotten my 2nd hero after the Battle Pass glitch

I am just wondering if I will ever get my second agent or if I will have to commit to doing a contract for my supposedly free second character. It's ridiculous, my friend that experienced the SAME GLITCH got his 2nd agent and a 3rd for free while I am still waiting for my 2nd agent.
