[2020] I've reconnected to the opposite team while I also was on my original one

I was playing with a friend when suddenly my game switched to spectate my own team. I was playing as omen, switched to spectate omen in my own team, who it wasn't me and we don't know who it was yet. Then I spawned as Sova (with my username) in the opposite team been the 6th player while an omen was playing and disconnecting/reconnecting on my original team with my username. One time I killed myself ingame even. When I communicated with team chat and voice chat, the team hearing me was the other team, the "original" one. Don't know what happened but ALL my friends were wiped from riot, even the ones I had from LoL. When the match ended the game showed me as playing in the status to the friend I was playing with.

I managed to get some clips, my mic hasn't been recorded, the one speaking is my friend in discord.
