A friend of mine built a new PC (giving this info because I have no idea if this is in any way related), but is using the same account from beta. He had to redo the training, and didn't get refunded on his points. Did anyone else encounter this?

It might be an accident so I’m glad you submitted a ticket. Hopefully they can fix it for you!

I’m not sure since I don’t work on that area. I recommend asking player support that too.
