Oregon servers have 100+ ping rn

Has anyone else had issues with Oregon servers in the last 30min? Qued into a match and every single person had over 100 ping. All of us were commenting on it. The weird thing is though that it seemed to only affect my team. We were teleporting, had frame skips, and shots that were on but acting like they weren't. I killed Raze THROUGH Neon's body with 3 body shots but not a single of those shots hit Neon?

The enemy team, from our perspective, were hitting all their shots though. The enemy Jett was still nailing everyone with an awp every round. They were straight up just running in without a care and killing us, as if they knew they weren't going to lose their fights.

I'm wondering if this was a lag cheat from someone on the enemy team or if anyone else is having these issues?

Edit: definitely doesn't seem like a lag hack, in the lobby screen Oregon and Cali servers are showing over 100. Does anyone know why this might be?
