Quick update on this issue: This shouldn't be affecting any players who have downloaded the 1.14 Client Patch, and we've pushed a fix for regions that are still on the previous patch.
If anyone is still running into this issue, please send us logs (instructions here) and we'll get to it ASAP. Thanks to everyone who helped get us more context around this bug!

Due to some deployment timing issues between service and client updates we missed this one for this patch. The issue has now been fixed.
