[2022] What happened to the new agent select system?

At the begging of episode 4 they said that around the first act they would update the current agent select system to a new one with "individual" picks. What happened to it? Also, do we know if they will eventually release the "clash" mode (like in lol, with prizes, that we were told about it at the begging of episode 3)?

Tournament mode is still in development no ETA, it's the competitive teams primary focus right now.

The cascading pick I announced as this episode, so no ETA or updates yet.
