[2020] I love how riots servers crashed for some people in eu and now we get penalized :(

It looks like an ISP maintenance by one of the major carriers dropped traffic to one of our datacenters. We appear to have recovered.

I'm reducing restrictions/leaving penalty for the next hour, so that those who were impacted can get back into game if it incremented their penalty.

Two different accounts are stuck on the loading screen? Which loading screen are you stuck on? Is it showing the match you were in? Or is it the start up loading screen after you login?

I just saw a bunch of game ends process. I think a few game ends were delayed getting back from those servers due to the connection disappearing. Basically, the platform thinks your in a game that the game server no longer has.

Are you still in that state? I want to confirm if the game ends processing improved the situation.

Okay, looking into options to see if we can clear that. We do have a built in time out, so you will get out of that state, but it's like 90 minutes...which doesn't help your current situation.

I think i see the match state as closed now. Your party also looks to be out of game at the moment, are you still seeing a loading screen?

Okay, great! Going to look into tooling options so we can retroactively get players out of that state when infrastructure gets people into a bad state.
