| 34s | Today, we want to share with you |
| 35s | some of the exciting things you can look forward to in 2023. |
| 38s | But before we get to that, I want to take a moment. |
| 41s | I want to reflect on the journey so far. |
| 43s | So when we launched Valorant in 2020. |
| 45s | Our goal was to deliver a game worthy of your time, |
| 48s | something you would connect to and play and love as much as we do here. |
| 53s | Our goal has always been to hyper serve our community of players, |
| 56s | and we've been doing our best to meet your expectations because honestly, |
| 60s | those are the only ones that matter. |
| 63s | To us, the last two and a half years have flown by. |
| 66s | We've been listening to feedback, making adjustments, and learning more about you |
| 70s | and what you want to see from this game. |
| 72s | And while we were focused on all of those things through patches and updates |
| 76s | and agents and maps building an e-sport, something amazing happened |
| 81s | we looked up one day and this incredible |
| 84s | global community had formed around the game. |
| 87s | The Valorant community has taken shape in a way that is humbling. |
| 90s | And exciting and amazing and a bunch of other words |
| 94s | that all add up to us wanting to share again gratitude. |
| 98s | We got to attend two live events last year |
| 100s | Masters in Copenhagen and Champions in Istanbul. |
| 104s | And while running around the cities and watching the matches, |
| 107s | we got to meet a lot of you and get to know you better. |
| 110s | Talk about the game |
| 111s | and what you'd love to see more of, or in some cases less of. |
| 115s | You let us into your world a little bit into your community. |
| 118s | And it was magical and so motivating for all of us. |
| 123s | It made us want to work harder and to do better for all of you. |
| 127s | Honestly, the years since launch have felt like us catching up, |
| 130s | getting the game to a healthy state and delivering on that initial promise. |
| 134s | And there will always be more to do, more to get right, improve upon, do better on. |
| 139s | So we've been doing a lot of that, but that's not all we've been doing. |
| 144s | We've also been working on some new stuff, some stuff we're excited to bring to you |
| 147s | over the next year and to tell you about a few of the things we have in store. |
| 151s | I've brought along my good friend and game director of Valorant, Andy Ho. |

| 158s | and I'm here to share a bit about our plans for this year. |
| 161s | Our goal for Valorant is to provide you with the best competitive |
| 164s | shooter experience in the world and 2023 is going to be a big year for the game. |
| 169s | We've got a lot of cool stuff rolling out through this year, |
| 171s | and I don't want to spoil any of it. |
| 172s | So I'm only going to share high level details about some of the things |
| 175s | that we've got coming up. |
| 177s | First of all, we'll |
| 177s | definitely continue to have major episode and actives throughout the year |
| 181s | with new agents, maps, skins, balance updates, battle passes and more. |
| 187s | There will also be new modes to give you more ways to play value, |
| 190s | such as Swiftplay, as well as another new mode |
| 193s | that we are planning to launch later this year. |
| 195s | Beyond gameplay, we'll also launch a lot of new meta game systems. |
| 199s | This includes things like new methods |
| 201s | for us to mitigate disruptive behavior across voice and text, |
| 205s | and also systems to give you new ways to unlock content in the game. |
| 209s | The final thing I want to talk about today is Premier |
| 212s | Competitive Valorant is getting a major evolution this year. |
| 215s | And Premier is the system that links the game and the sport |
| 218s | as one greater whole. |
| 221s | There's a completely new dimension that opens up |
| 223s | when you start playing as a team with glory on the line |
| 226s | and has been our dream since day one to bring that experience to you. |
| 230s | We were blown away by the amount of players |
| 232s | that showed up to test the premier alpha in Brazil. |
| 234s | Last year, and they gave us a ton of learnings and confidence |
| 237s | for the Premier in global data and the premier in global launch, |
| 241s | which are both planned to happen in 2023 |

| 290s | and we get to kick off the year with the invitational in Brazil. |
| 293s | Then Masters in Japan, and then later in the year, champions in...nah. |
| 298s | Not just yet. We'll save that one. |
| 301s | There are international leagues Challenger leagues, game changers and tournaments. |
| 305s | So much to look forward to with Esports. |
| 308s | We're also exploring a bunch of the around the game experience. |
| 311s | Cool ways for you to engage with Valorant when you're afk. |
| 314s | And more ways for us to engage with all of you. |
