[2021] What if the Jett nerf was not an accident

Okay so hear me out. How could it be an accident where the dash and gun equip time be changed and the updraft amount be changed a mere accident ?

Doesn't this like require code level changes ? What if riot this to check on th community feedback only to decide whether they want to revert it or not ? Cause the official tweet said it's not a major issue and might not be fixed till next patch ...
