External link →We're looking into some issues across several of our games servers. We're currently restarting our EU servers and are investigating reports of issues in the other shards.
SEA server is also affected
We've reduced game starts in SEA to try to recover without a full restart for the moment.
will you also be fixing the issue with the battle pass?
Yes, but we will probably apply that fix shortly after we get confirmation that the service is back in a stable state. We're reducing the amount of changes at the same time to make sure that we don't put ourselves in a worse state.
is there an update on the agent progression issue?
We have a fix that we feel should resolve it. We'll be applying it after we recover general stability again.
Any kind of rough ETA on that? I'd love to actually be able to play one of the agents I main lol. I do really appreciate all of your communication though, it's great to see from Riot as always.
If things go well, we should be able to apply in the next hour or two, but we're going to be heavily monitoring the shards after the restart and matchmaking adjustments.
Any idea when APAC will be back up? I'd like to have at least one game today before sleeping... I've waited all day to play.

We've started deploying a fix for players moving forward. Still reviewing players whose contract were put in a weird state.
