[2020] In game stuttering when shooting at enemies?

Not sure if this is happening to me only, but lately starting with this patch, my game has been stuttering either when I’m shooting someone or I die. I can’t really tell which one it is, cause I do shoot and make damage but then I stutter and I end up being dead. It’s a micro stutter but that split second is impactful. I think my game stutters when I die and it’s kinda frustrating. Has this happened to anyone before and perhaps found a fix? I would post this on the main sub but I can’t unfortunately. Thanks

EDIT: this ONLY happens to me during unrated or competitive. Everything else is fine. Especially on ascent. This ruined my placements, just upset about that.
