Sorry for the issues. We believe we've found the issue and are working on fixing. Hopefully a matter of minutes.
May have spoken too quickly on matter of minutes. The fix did have some improvement, but many players may still be having challenges getting into games. Partial fix, but still investigating knock-on impacts that are continuing to cause issues for players.
The problem is that we are completly stuck in agent select. Since its not possible to lock in your agent, I keep getting send to the lobby and then it instantly finds a new game, and then the same thing happens again. Its not possible to leave the qeue because when I get sent back to the main lobby it directly finds a new game so its not possible to leave the qeue.
We're making sure dodge penalties are off for this duration. We think we know where the issue is occurring.
We believe the issue is now resolved. Sorry for anyone who ran into these issues. We're doing some work to make sure prime time does not get interrupted tomorrow--we're finding where our capacity bottlenecks are.
