Sick and tired of the accounts below level 20 dominating my games getting stats like 49/5 every f*cking game. Please make it like league where you have to be level 30 before playing ranked. Like it is not normal for a level 9 to be ego-peeking entrances all the f*cking time and getting 2-3 picks.
