When I’m in a firefight and standing still I can not tell if the shots being fired at me are hitting or missing until I’m dead. As far as I can tell the only indication is if you look at your health and take your eyes off of your target. I get it that when you move you get slowed down but there is nothing while you are stationary. I would appreciate maybe better audio cues or maybe a bit of more visual input so I can tell if I should continue to fight or try and back off and heal up. Please correct me if I’m wrong or if you have any suggestions.

Upcoming patch has some incremental improvements with respect to damage feedback and health status. It's easy for these sorts of effects to slip into annoying/distracting territory, especially in a competitive game, so we'll keep tweaking until we find the best balance.
