Add something new where you can have a clan tag ahead of your name. Or maybe a gun buddy with your clan tag. You could have a gun buddy for whatever team you're in currently and if you leave that team you lose it, Or maybe if you win you could get a special one with a crown on top of it permanently.
Edit: I like premier as is. It doesn't need rewards to be played. I just think it would be a cool cherry on top having something like this added.
