[2020] [meta] can we have one of those bots that shows when RIOT folks answered in a thread?

Hi all,

basically title.

In the Division 2 subreddit they have something like this and I find it really helpful.

It will show a flair like "Devs responded" and when you enter the thread the dev responses will be stickied to the top in it with links to the original discussion they responded to as well as the username of the guy that responded.

Example: here. Flair of the thread is [Discussion/ Massive Response] and then their comments are in a sticky at the top.

Given the fact how active RIOT is in this subreddit I certainly would love to have easy access to their comments, feedback and the discussions around them.

I only noticed yesterday in the "battle pass math" thread I actually was asking for official feedback just to then find actual feedback burried somewhere down the comment chain.

Thoughts?

/edit: I just realized we don't even have flairs. Can we have flairs too? <3
