[2020] Update to the left alt mode.

QOL Change

If you didn't know, in game you can hit left alt to display what utility/armour your teammates have. I personally mainly use this for finding out if our sage has heals, but you can use it to find out if sova has arrow etc. What my point is, is that usually when the sage doesn't have heals after you check, you still have to ask them how long until the heal is ready. I propose that a little counter is put next the the signature ability, the kills sign for duelists, and then a little count for other classes etc. Lemme know if any of you agree or if you have anything against this I'd be happy to listen.
