Apparently it is fixed in asian servers and stuff but apparently it hasn't been rolled out in Europe. Has there been any word on when it is going to be rolled out in Europe? I need my free agents :(

External link →Same problem, support keeps telling me to wait a couple days, then i reach to them again and they reply to wait a couple days more. This has been going on since lunch.
Missing free agent unlock is really crippling my gaming experience. The worst part is that i can't seem to find an ETA for the fix...
Well, this is because we thought we had it figured out a couple of times & we told support as much.
Sadly found a bug Friday that meant EU/NA had to be delayed until the next patch (expected tomorrow). Appreciate your patience friends.
